Installed my Monster Ovals this weekend, and man are they sweet! The fit. finish, look and sound are awsome. Nice deep rumble, which you can actually feel, and growls when you crank the throttle. Haven't set off any car alarms yet, but i'm tryin! Highly recommend these to anyone. Be aware though, they are definately not loud, just a low deep rumble. Sounds like flowmasters on a hog!
I really like mine. They are most definately quieter than what I had (but louder than stock), but deeper sounding. I can tell the more I ride, the more they break in and sound better each time.
They were a little quiet for me as well coming from the rinehart true duals so I went with the dresser duals and 103 big bore for more power and sound. Now it's perfect!
Gotta agree wholeheartedly on this one. Put the MO's along with the their Power Duals on my (09) Road Glide, a decent A/C and PC-V from Jamie and still cannot believe how responsive the bike is for a stock motor.
Took a reasonably short time to break in the mufflers and the sound strikes an ideal tone and volume balance so you can romp on when you want and listen to the radio when you want all without any drone.
I really like mine also. Only have a couple hunderd miles on them. Hoping to get a little more sound from them after Fuel moto 2-1-2 ( on waitin list ) head pipe and break-in miles.
