Carl have you experimented between the WLED-xHP5 and the WLED-x5? Wondered if there was a significant difference?
If you check this chart from their website, the x5 in white (three different versions) provide 10-12 lumens depending on the white selected. The white HP5 provides 40 lumens:
I went with white in my speedo and tach. The problem with going with white is finding the same type of white for the smaller guages. I have 2 different sets of white superbright leds in my tool box.
i put blue superbrightlights in four small gauges and had marty-aka(myride7) do leds in tach and speedo looks great at night just changed radio to jvc so i would have blue lights in radio! check my profile have some pic's of gauges
Those blue gauge lights look nice! How do you change the bulbs in the gauges? Is it easy, cause besides taking my fairing off, I'm pretty mechanically retarded!
