I'm a 'black & chrome' guy, but.....
I think the 'all black' would have looked better with the tins painted 'Hot Sunglo' or 'Scarlet Red' in denim. Not enough contrast, the way it is.
Someone sure put in a lot of effort to achieve that 'look'.
Would like to know what the finish is on those 'chromed' surfaces though.

Definitely! It's a SuperTrapp - Paul Yaffe design, but I believe they blacked the chrome shields. DennisKirk has them, but a tad spendy ($1233.99). Still pretty sweet!

I like it. I am headding the same direction with my RK. I heard someone say recently that "black is the new chrome." Amen to that!

You should have done a poll, it would be intrested to see who's for and against black out.
