Default Relocate antenna or not

I purchased a 2 up touring luggage rack and 4 point docking hardware for my 10 Street Glide. I asked the dealer if I had everything I needed and he said yes. As I was reading some threads this weekend, I saw a few mentioning the need for an antenna relocation kit with the two up??? Do I need this? I'm only using the luggage rack for the ocassional camp out where I need to carry a tent and sleeping bag. Thanks

I installed a hidden antenna in the fairing when I removed the tour pak on my '09 Ultra Classic. It works as well if not better than the stock antenna. Some like the antenna relocation setup on the back-end and some don't. Even with the tour pak on, several like to remove the stock antenna. The antennas are a bit of a hassle when putting a cover on. You either have to tie them down or remove them.

With just a luggage rack, you shouldn't have to relocate the antenna.
You aren't adding a tour-pak, are you?

no need to relocate the antenna then youll be fine. We did my dads RG and left the antenna were it was and he uses the sissybar and luggage rack and has a large bag he puts back there its more for the tour pac if you go that route you will have to relocate at that point.
