Does anyone know which is thicker the LRS or the Klock Werks X-stream for the Ultra? I looked around and could find an actual thickness for either.
Does anyone have one and went to the other for any reason?
Im looking for feedback. I cant make up my mind. I had a KW, but it was too dark and couldnt see through it. KW's customer service sucks, but I really like the windshield other than not being able to see through it.
I have heard a lot of good things about the LRS, but I dont know if it is as durable as the KW.
I'm 6'3'' and have a Freedom Shield (freedomshields.com). It's 10'' high and I look over the top of the windshield from my stock Street Glide seat and my Mustang Vintage Solo seat. Freedom shields have the recurve feature and are 3/16'' thick. And the best part is that if you don't like it, you can send it back (you will have to pay the shipping cost to send it back, but it would be worth it if you didn't like it). They come in several sizes and several different tints.
