Anybody remember the show, "Then Came Bronson"? Wouldn't it have been much better if he loaded his bike on a trailer at the end of each show to head out to his next adventure?

In the real World, that's exactly what they did! Keep telling yourself: it's only a movie, it's only a movie, it's only a movie, it's only a movie, it's only a movie, it's only a movie, it's only a movie!
Sorry got carried away.
That was for effect, it was a movie, real life present's real life situations. Sometimes a trailer is all you need to straighten out some of those situations, or not.
But
If a person, is thinking that their life is, like a movie, HEY, there's medication and therapy for that!

.... saw lots of members of both tribes headed north on I25 today
........ one of the trailer tribe in particular, ....... long, white haired guy driving the RV pulling a tall, orangeish chopper & the Ultra on an open trailer
......... felt sorry for the Scooter riders this afternoon/evening trying to slog on thru the rain that's washing across the entire Front Range.
...... ya'll have a great time, however you get there !!
Not going this year but my buddies and I took ours up on trailers the last 2 year. We just don't have the time off to ride up and enjoy the ride so we go up there fast so we could enjoy ourselves up there in Sturgis.
Mine is going out with some friends in their trailer, I'm going to fly.
What is wrong with folks that worry about what other people do??????? (Just got back from a 4000 mile trip out west and rode all the way, but have trailered before and will do so again if I feel like it.) P.S. riding across Kansas sucks, doing so in late July really SUCKS!!! Coming back across Nebraska on I-80 yesterday, temps in the high 90s, wasn't much better either!
If I was to plan for next year starting now, where is a good place to stay that is away from Sturgis but yet within a 50mi radius. Hotels. No camping?? Any suggestions welcome.
Chadron, NE A little further than 50 miles but not much. They have a really nice Motel 6 (new) good folks run it, MC friendly.
I've had the wonderful exciting experience of riding all the way from the top of Minnesota to the bottom en route. In hindsight, it was justification for trailering. I took the various goat paths that pass for back roads down, and since they were so horrible, I tried the interstate on the way back. The fact that one of the bridges in that state collapsed and fell into the river a few years back is indicative of the highway maintenance there. All I ever hear is how bad the interstates are in Michigan. They are smooth as glass compared to Minnesota.
Of course, there are the miles and miles of windmills and fuel-corn to look at and keep you entertained.
The only redeeming factor is that we stayed in the bustling metropolis of New Ulm on the way back, which is where D&M Custom Intakes is from.
