I installed the premium hinges on the tour pak, and also used them to replace the ugly hinges on my cop bags. They really improved the look of the bags (and the tour pak).
That's encouraging to know they fit on the cop saddlebags. I've asked that question from previous topics and nobody knew for sure and I haven't gotten around to finding out.
One thing I found after a few months after I installed these hinges. The screws were loose. I applied some Blue Loc-tite and reinstalled the screws. Problem solved. They have not loosened again.

I used lock washers on the screws and blue loc-tite...If you use loc-tite, apply it to the screws and let it dry before you screw them in. Reports show that when wet, loc-tite affects plastic surfaces and may cause the plastic to crack.
It's one of those upgrades that cost little (comparatively), fairly easy to do, feels more substantial, and looks great when done. Can't loose!
As an aside, If your latches rattle, I have a simple solution to tighten everything up.
# remove the offending latch by removing the 2 torx screws.
# elongate the holes vertically and down with a small rat tail file. Shouldn't take much.
# reinstall latch with some downward pressure when tightening screws. Use loctite!
If the other latch rattles when closed - adjust the first latch accordingly. The seal acts as a tensioner, and both latches should be even.
I finally got rid of that annoying rattle!

I didn't drill mine I put a cutoff wheel on my dremel tool, and cut the rivets off from the inside, the rivets won't spin that way, and you replace the plates inside anyway, it is much safer with a steady hand anyway IMO.
+1 Did the same thing after the first rivet starting spinning.
