I think that its BS that harley has screwed the people that bought 2010 limited's for a price of $25699 and now the 2011 is $23699. i think that we all got ripped off a little bit.

Um???? Straight black is always cheaper on any harley........hence $23.6k,,,,,,,,,other wise same price as last year.....$24.6 & $24.8 for a custom color..........
Obviously the old adage of "if you have to ask how much... you can not afford it" rings true.
Seriously sbrinks, there are more important things to worry about when buying bikes.
What and where did they lower what prices?
The 2011's are rolling into and out of show rooms as I type, and if they want to clear out old stock to make room for new stock.
But, thats just my train of thought.
My 2002FLHTCUI Black of course was $32,000 Canadian full tilt all taxes...then factor in financing for a few years at 10% and now where talking serious coin...
I didnt buy my bike new and thus saved some of that pain, but I have added all kinds of stuff to it and will never recoupe that money, so I ride it and enjoy it for today.

Take a closer look at the 2011s. Looks to me like they dropped some of the "std" stuff that was on the 2010. For one, I don't think the chrome wheels are even an option anymore. I haven't had time to do any more comparisons.
I had my 2006 Ultra in for service and was offered the chance to ride a 2010 Ultra Limited. It is a cool bike, but still at 25,600 for now a year old bike. I bought my 06 after the 07's came out. I rode the 2010 Limited, its a nice bike but I felt like I was sitting way too high. I admit I really like the 6speed. But when you look at the 2010 vs. 2011 I kind of like the front fender bumper on the 2010. I got back on mine and realized I really like how my 2006 feels.

I went to the MOCO site, still almost unusably slow, and checked out the wheel situation. On the paint & wheels page it says black cast aluminum but if you go to the features pages, it gushes about the chrome & black wheels.
I wonder if the MOCO personnel even proofread their propaganda before they put it up on the site? I'm guessing no.
