Default Help choosing bars

I have a 2010 EGC and would like to put new chrome bars on it. I would like a bit more pullback and maybe a little wider. I would also like not have to change the cables if possible. Anyone replace theirs and have any recomendations or tips. Just looking at dimensions in a catalog doesn't really do it for me. Thanks

Be careful in selecting bars. When I bought my chubby whatevers I was told they would come back 2". Not!!! Stare and compare and decide from there. Hope you end up happier than I. I bought new cables to the tune of a bazillion bucks and still not happy. The plus is I just put on a new Mustang that I hope will make a difference. Will find out when I get it out of the paint shop.

I believe the Khromewerks +2 sweeper bars fit your needs. They are also inexpensive and I really like mine. You do, however, need a longer clutch cable. Search for the bars here and you'll find a lot of posts. They put the grips up, back and out a few inches, but not hugely so. It's just enough for most to feel more relaxed on the bars with improved control. I was amazed at how much more responsive the steering felt after I put mine on.

Seems like klockwerks ergo or wild one 575's might do the trick. I went back and forth then finally bought HeliBars - they're adjustable so I was able to set 'em up right where I wanted them (up and back a few inches).
