Another way to do this is put it on eBay with a high reserve price. That will give you an idea of what it might bring.
The key to eBay is lots and lots of photos, especiallyl close ups.
As is - with a cear title - I think this bike will bring 4,500. And not much more if you work on it.

I wouldn't even wash it at this point, if you are selling it. A couple more weeks of dirt won't matter when it has been..umm, collecting dust for years. Let an MC archeologist clean it up.
