It's in your service manual.

Do you have ft-lbs. and in.lbs torque wrenches? Do you have antiseize for the axle? Did you remove the brake calipers? Did you reinstall the spacers in the correct orientation?

Not to be the "Service Manual Police" but, for the life of me, can't understand why folks would pay $20K plus for a bike and not spend $60 for a manual ... FWIW: The 2007 Service Manual part number is 99483-07. OK, I'm back on my meds now. And no, I am not "Choo-Choo" for those who remember him/her/it...

On page 2-12 INSTALLATION is as follows:
  1. Place wheel into position between forks with the valve stem on the right side of the vehicle.
  2. Coat the axle with Loctite Anti-Seize Lubricant.
  3. Support wheel, insert threaded end of the axle through right fork leg. Push axle through fork, short external spacer and wheel hub until it begins to emerge from left side.
  4. With the three notches on the bearing side, push axle through long external spacer and left fork leg until axle shoulder contacts external spacer on right fork side.
  5. Install flat washer and axle nut.
  6. Insert screwdriver or steel rod through hole in axle on right side of vehicle. While holding stationary, tighten axle nut to 50-55 ft-lbs (68-75 Nm).
  7. Insert 7/16 inch drill bit into axle. See Figure 2-8. (Sorry but you have to get a manual to see the drawing . Couldn't stand it...)
  8. Pull fork leg so that it just contacts drill bit, and then tighten axle holder nuts to 132-180 in-lbs (14.9-20.3 Nm).
  9. Remove drill bit from axle hole.
  10. Install brake caliper as follows:
a. Use shop rag or tape to protect fender area adjacent to caliper, as incidental contact can occur during caliper installation.
b. With the bleeder valve topside, position caliper so that brake disc is situated between friction pads. Pry inner and outer brake pads back for additional Clarence, if necessary.
c. Align upper mounting hole in caliper with upper mounting lug on fork leg. Loosely install long caliper mounting bolt into upper lug of fork leg.
d. Install short caliper mounting bolt into lower lug of fork leg. Tighten lower mounting bolt to 28-38 ft-lbs (37.9-51.5 Nm).
e. Tighten upper caliper bolt to 28-38 ft-lbs (37.9-51.5 Nm).
f. Repeat step 10 to install caliper on opposite side of wheel.

WARNING After servicing brakes and before moving motorcycle, pump brakes to build brake system pressure. Insufficient pressure can adversely affect brake performance, which could result in death or serious injury. (00279a)

11. Depress front brake hand lever several times to set brake pads to proper operating position within caliper.

Hopefully my typing skills reflect exactly how the procedure is printed in the manual. If not, I offer a Carolina 50/50 guarantee. And that is if it breaks in half, you get both pieces! Ride safe and hope this helps.

No problem. I can't payback all the help I've received here.
