Why not go 124"?? If you are gonna change the crank anyhow why not just go nuts?

S&S make a crate 124" engine that will bolt straight into your frame, no machining etc.

Have a look at

www.sscycle.com

There are a bunch of options for your bike.

You'll need to split and bore the case for anything over a 95ci, so you might as well go the distance if you want that many cubes!
A 95 is a good runner too though!

No.
He can go as big as 98" before splitting the case.

harley has a new screamin eagle 120 for just over five grand. to build yours into the 107 or 110 would likely cost that much. check their 2011 parts and accesories catalog. you could sell your motor to cover part of the cost of the 120 also.

The 120 might not fit, I think it will only fit the 06 and up mounts.

As your bike is carb I would go for an S&S 113 or 124 crate motor with a carb, it will be a bolt in job.

In reply to the original post, vendors of excellent 107 kits include: Head-Quarters and GMR.

You will need to split the cases to install a 4 3/8" crank for a 107, or a 4 5/8" crank for a 120.

Suggestion: talk to reputable vendors who can walk you through what they have to meet your objectives, riding style, and budget.

Good luck with your research.
