How much fork oil

Fork oil for 2013 RG
Hi guy my name is Sonny new here but was curious to see if u all could help. I recently put 12 degree triple trees, 10" oem apes, and a 26" wheel on my ride. Don't think I noticed it wobble before but now it does at about 90-100 mph. If upon removal of fork caps I spill some oil out accidentally on each tube will this mess with the ride or performance at hi speeds? Thank u in advance for any help
