Default fork oil change???

Manual states start with 10.7oz but how much should it take? I've got more than that into them and seems each time I check after cycling them it drops a lot...09 ultra.

You should only put in 10.7 oz of oil. Start ith adding about 5 oz first, pump the forks to work the oil down into the lower forks and then add the remaining 5.7 oz and pump the forks again. Somewhere in your manual HD probably gives you a mm measurement of the distance from the top of the fork tube to the top of the oil with or without the fork spring installed. See if you can find that measurement. It's probably 144mm but don't quote me on that.

Do not add too much oil. You run the risk of hydrolocking your forks on full compression and then you've got yourself a major issue trying to get back home as your forks will be locked in their full down position until you open the fork cap.

125 mm. Measure with fork compressed right? Think I misread that part?
