RG Wire Chaffing
Next time you roadies take the outer fairing off, look at the wire bundle coming from the radio. Mine was rubbing on the radio bracket. Tore through the electrician's tape and was starting to dig into the insulation on a couple of wires. I taped it back up and secured the bundle away from the bracket with a zip-tie.

Appreciate the tip - I've been making a point to check under my fairing at least once a year to ensure the brackets are not cracking & check wiring. Now here's another item to add (wiring harness/location). Too much packed behind the plastic & want to ensure everything's OK.
