I just changed it for the 2nd time tonight...just got in about 1 hour ago...cooling off with a Rolling Rock....The lock freaked me out a bit as i thought i had f&%ked it up but i got it back in...10.8 oz of SE heavy and it stiffens it up but from the last time i did it it really made my bike ride better on the HWY and in the curves...Wife even stated the ride was better....

Changed mine to SE Heavy when I did the chrome lower forks. Little stiffer ride, but for sure an improvement. The front end dive is not as severe and the bike just seems to handle better.
