Sounds like a great deal especially if the bike is clean and not been crashed. I paid $17k for my classic with many extras and 2000 miles on it. This was in January.
I'd say this is a great deal. Bought an '05 EG standard a couple of months ago. Upgraded w/tourpak, flame boards/controls/heated grips, and a little extra chrome with 12K miles for $16K and haven't found a deal to match it yet. Everything I see is 17,5K plus. Go for it

I paid $15,000 for my 05 Ultra in June. It had a couple thousand dollars worth of options, but had 17,000 miles. Yours is definetly a GREAT deal. 07 are nice, but for the difference ($22,000-14,000= $8,000), I would get the 05 in a heart beat. IT is probably still under warrenty.
