Default No spark! New Build

Guys,
I got my 113 together and I don't have any spark. I get spark intermittantly when I move the throttle intermittantly. Everything is hooked up correctly and I am getting power to the ignition coil. The only thing that I did with the build out of the ordinary was clean the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner. I just gently sprayed it out. I didn't submerse it. Since I got spark a couple of times moving the throttle, could a bad throttle position sensor or MAP sensor cause me to not get spark? I quadruple checked the cams when I installed them. Any advise would be appreciated. I am running a startup map from a reputable tuner. I don't see anything on the dash that looks like fault codes. Would I see anything?

Harry,
Racking my brain for you, bud.
Are you certain that your TPS plug is clicked in tight?
Not sure if this would cause no spark, but I'm thinking it will.

Everything is clicked in tight. I really dont get it. I didn't have any problems with the build except for a few questions to clariry instructions from HQ. Otherwise It went well. Don't see how any part could have gone bad sitting on the shelf.

Plug wires aren't backwards?
The connector that plugs into the coil, is connected?

double checked. Actually got about 1 second of fire from the engine. Batteries getting low, so I have to wait for it to charge up overnight. Still doing research on the internet trying to figure this thing out. I was so close! It's been almost three and a half months since I started the build and I want this thing to start.

Spinned it several times with the plugs out to build up oil pressure. Noticed that there was no spark but because the fuel pump wasn't connected, I thought that it was normal to have no spark with the fuel pump disconnected. Put tank on and put a gallon in, and it wouldn't start. Tested plugs both ways and no spark. Pulled the voltage regulator and double checked connections. Then put the tank back on when I got intermittant spark when messing with the throttle. pulled tank back off and made sure all connections were tight and the wires were routed right. Not sure whats wrong. I'll do some more searching tonight. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

BTW,
plugs were grounded to the motor when checking out of the heads.

If there aren't any plugs in the head while spinning the motor over the plugs will not fire...The ecm will not let the plugs fire if there isn't compression...Screw a set of plugs in and then put plugs on the plug wires and ground them like before and check for spark while spinning the engine with compression it should fire.
