Default Paint Problem?

I have had my '10 vivid black SG for about two months now and about 2000 miles. I noticed today that on the right side saddlebag lid there appears to be hundreds of what I would call "depressions" in the paint. They are very small and I cannot feel them with my finger. I cleaned and clayed the paint to rule out any contaminent on the surface of the paint and that didn't do anything. After closer inspection it appears that it is under the clear. I am very meticuous about my paint and this was not there previously as I have cleaned and waxed the bike several times. Does this sound like a possible warranty issue or defect. There is no scrathes on the surface so I know that nothing was drug accross the surface or anything of the sort. This is my first Harley so I am unfamiliar with their service after the sale. Thanks.

It's worth showing the dealer if it is orange peel under the clear. This could be a quality issue, like the black backing on my windshield rubbing through from touching the inner fairing.

+1 Get it known that this may be an issue... if it becomes worse (clear starts to peel or bubble ect.) at least it was detcected before the end of the warranty.

Thanks for the replies. This does not look like orange peel to me but I suppose it could be. It looks like little depressions in the surface but they cannot be felt on the surface. I can say with absolute certainty that they were not there two days ago... For what this bike cost I can only hope that HD will take care of it.
