Yup - instructions included. For some reason mine had the adjustable pots turned all the way up. I suggest you dial them back before powering up. Install is simple enough. Simply run the stock speaker outputs into the wires as directed. To do this you may decide to buy 2 x 3/16" male crimp connectors and 2 x 1/4" male crimp connectors. The smaller size are for the +ve wires, larger for the negative. The hi lo has 2 other brown wires for ground but you will not use these. You will also need a short rca to rca stereo cable. Everything else should be self explanatory.
