06 Ultra CB Antenna Coil
My tour pak box broke and I had it replaced by a Harley dealer. My CB did not work and was not producing any measurable SWR.
Upon removing the coil inside the tour pak, who ever installed it connected "all" of the wires to the same terminal at the bottom of the coil.
They connected the antenna wire, the ground wire, and the strain relief lug to the bottom screw of the coil. This connection is a metal screw into a nylon thread.
Anyone have a pic of the correct mounting for this coil. They may have already damaged my radio. Harley dealers do not have much experience with the electronics.
They told me when they order a tour pak, it comes with the lights and coil already installed. I don't know what company provides the tour pak box.
