Rain downpour and stereo, speakers?

Default Rain downpour and stereo, speakers?
Anyone have any real life experiences being caught in a downpour and how does the stereo and speaker system hold up? Any special precautions I should take? Current ride is 2011 Ultra Limited, Thanks

I've been caught in more than my share. No problems as of yet.

I was told it's all made for rain and washing assuming your CD slot is closed.

No problems! You have to expect to run into rain if you actually use the bike for what it's for.

Np, like was said, keep the CD door closed and cap the AUX port. NP here.

I live in Washington state so I can guarantee you shouldn't have any problems with the speakers. It rains A LOT here.

They are probably labeled "water resistant" so as long as you don't hold a water hose on them, you should be fine.

I ride an '05 Ultra. Been caught in torrential downpours while riding and of course while the bike is parked, and no problems to date.

I got caught in a rain storm that dumped 1.25" in 35 minutes and no problem with the speakers or anything else on the bike. I, on the other hand was a bit water logged.
