If someone call your scooter a chick bike and it bothers you, then you have the problem. Anyone who dis's anothers scooter needs their *** kicked, and likley will get kicked if they keep runnin their pie trap. Fricken losers. And just so you know, I never owned a sporty, but it is one of the original scooters and is far from a chick bike.
there are only two places where pink fits into my world, and they belong on a woman. everytime i see a pink car, i'm guessing there's a mary kay cosmetics sticker on the back window.
Man, that black and red color combo is bad ***. If I could get that in a Road King I would run to my dealer.
My black ice pearl ( purple ) Fat Boy Lo is a chick bike, a chick magnet bike ! I can't tell you how many times it draws a crowd of chicks at rides and barhops. I'll take it all day !
Road King on 2010 had this paint combo. I know in 2011 it went to more of a strawberry red and doesn't quite do it for me.
In the early days Pink was a very manly color...I wear pink but i am not sure i would buy a pink bike...Shows dirt too much...welll that's my story and i 'm sticking to it.
When I had my '09 1200C it was a chick bike because it was a sportster, then they would say I looked funny on it because of my size, lol. Now with the new RKC, it'c a chick bike because the color combo, I don't really care. I work @ a fire dept and everyone gives everyone a hard time about everything. Half the guy talking trash don't have a bike, nor a HD, and the other half don't have the ***** to say anything to my face because I'm 5'11 and weigh 230 lbs. I don't care, I'm a happy married guy with a beautiful daughter and the HD is my toy and my alone time. It keeps the stress away and every time I ride I can't wipe the silly grin off my face, if someone has something negative to say because I have something nice, in all honestly, I fell sorry for them. I pitty them that they're so miserable with their own life, that they have to talk trash about me or my motorcycle to make themselves feel better. If you don't like me or my bike, then I guess it's a good thing you're not my wife, I don't have to hear the BS complaints since you don't live with me.
In the past, I have owned an 883 sportster and a road king that was suede blue pearl. Occasionally some guy would try to give me grief about the size of the sportster or the color of the road king.
I say "try to give me grief", because it never worked, my self esteem and or manhood is not attached to anyone's opinion. It comes from being comfortable with myself.
