Amsoil - only way to go. Look them up online and read all about it. Fram, yeah I used to use them back in High School - but I graduated in 1980. They are really good if you do all the service work on your ex-wife's car. While you're at it, through in a few quarts of Pennzoil too!

I just pay the extra $ for the correct HD filter.
If some of you guys that want to save even more$,go with with the Super Tech filters at Wally World!

Fram------- NO WAY. I belong to a diesel forum, & guys over there have discovered the end pieces that hold the filter material are cardboard. Guess what it was doing ???? Coming apart & going through the oil system & in some cases plugging it. Fram on my vehicles?? No way. If I can find the pictures some one posted over there I will post them.

Looks like you've got to be a member to view...I'm pretty sure I've seen similar pictures before. Fram's lousy products are well documented on the net.
