Alright cuz....We ain't addicted to walmart but when it's $21 for a 5 quart jug you ain't gonna find it that cheap at AUTO ZONE which i haqte to go in by the way...I try not to go there and It ended up being about $10 less per 5 quart...It's the same damn thing. So if i can get it cheaper at Walmart i will get it there and if it ain't there i will go somewhere else...I am pretty sure by your comments that you never go to Walmart. What i will do is wait until Advance, Napa or O'reileys runs a deal where you buy 5 quarts and get the filter all for $30.. I probably won't buy VTWIN oil if i can help it... $10 a quart is just highway robbery.
Well Skippy I was stating an option to the end of the world "Wally is out of stock" that has everyone in a panic. Big whoop if it costs a couple dollars more, it's not like a motorcycle takes 20 qts to fill up. Most cases it's 3.5 qt to fill.
It disappeared here in Montana too! I'd been using it for a number of years, then all of the sudden it just stopped showing up on the shelves. I asked the auto parts mgr if he could get it for me, and he said he would call his distributor and get back to me. No return call as of yet. That was last Friday. I really miss having it available.
while mary, susan, and rebecca were fighting about where they buy their groceries, we seem to be the only two that realized there was a guy jerking off on the power ranger dolls..........

There's still some left at my closest store but they moved the price back up a bit.
Looks like they may be replacing it with Valvoline Syn but I didn't see any 15-50 or 20-50.
I finally got tierd of trying to find and paying $$ for Amsoil so went to Wally and local store had it at 23.40, use to be 21. I asked if they were going to stock it and he stated yes since his distict manager likes it.
Should be a sign over the door of Wal-Mart stating the obvious. "We are a major trading partner with China. Stocking of American made products is purely dependent on our pricing demands with the vendor"!!!!!!!!!!
I saw some 5-qt. jugs of 15w50 at the Super Wal-Mart in Prairieville, LA last weekend, and it's also available at the Seigen Wal-Mart in Baton Rouge, so it's apparently still available.
I just called the Wal-Mart corporate office and they said if you go to your local store you should be able to order it even if it is not in stock. Give that a try, and if I were doing that I would stock-up.
I hate going to Wally World and avoid it unless it is a must go as no one else has what I need. I prefer the local NAPA or MoCo shops for my supplies, they are a little costlier but when I walk in they know me and what I am after. As well they stay in business at a stable pricing and availability without screwing the manufacturers into bargain basement and labor cutting prices.

The average driver in their parking lots makes it a real chore to go there, not to mention the aisle full of rude people who won't get out the way.
Little known substantiated fact :
When people enter the Walmart parking lot. Common courtesy, traffic laws, manners, compassion and any shred of common sense are no longer present.
