OK the ones for my bike (07) was a #55914-91 or-98...For yours it would be #56176-08...You will have to take you fairing mirrors off and plug the holes and add mhandlebar mirrors...should't have to change the cables. I borrowed a buddies Manual to make sure i wasn't screwing up anything.
Some folks do fine with the fairing mirrors - we put them on my 5'4" wife's 2010 SG, and she left the mirrors stock. We did have to change the clutch cable to keep it routed through the inner fairing.

Ok then...Mine is a 07 FLHT so i am sure there are some differences. Just stating what the HD catalog says.
Anyone put these bars on a 2010 Ultra? Did you have to add to any cables? Thanks!!!!!
I had the tour bars put on my '09, the only things that had to be replaced or changed was some part of the fly by wire for the throttle grip and a clutch cable.
I will get pics later but not much difference than stock. 1" higher and 2" back because of the angle of the bars. My biggest issue was my handlebar mounted CB...if not for that i guess i could've kept the fairing mounted mirrors.
I installed a set of 2" pullback touring handlebars on my bike last night...took about 3 hours in all cuz i had to replace the fluids in 1 of my forks...Well rode the bike to work today and took about a 75 mile ride this evening and WOW! what a difference. Never thought 2" would make a difference but dayam,,,,I bought them on Ebay for $41 from Barb's HD...Very good investment.
My wife says 2" makes all the difference in the world!!!
We (actually a dealer did) put the HD pull back touring bars on the wife's 09 Street Glide. We left the stock mirrors and neither of us have a problem seeing what is behind you. They did change the clutch cable but I have since heard that on the batwings you can reposition the original cable and it would not need replacing. The dealer did not know or forgot to install the new TBW sensor which made the throttle feel a little unresponsive. Just took her bike in last week for heated grips at a different dealer they put in the correct sensor and the throttle works like it should . Amazing how the right part can make such a difference.

I put the HD 2" Touring Pullback bars on my 2010 FLHTCU. The stock upper brake line was just fine, but I had to replace the stock clutch cable. The downside is that you have to buy the Diamondback clutch cable due to the fact that HD doesn't sell a longer OEM stock cable. I've read quite a few posts from members who have said that the stock clutch cable on their Ultra was long enough, however I found that turning the handlebar all the way to the left stretched the cable a bit too much for my liking.
