Looking for the part that covers the antenna hole, does anyone know?
I purchased this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000O8SQNG and I hope I can just mount it in the front fairing and plug it right in the radio. But now I need the filler cap similar to the cap on the other side, I just don't know what it's called or what to even search for.
I'm not sure what the rubber grommet filler thing is called, but your parts guy at the local HD shop should have them. Mine had a whole box of them in stock, about $2.00 each. Matches the other side perfectly....
It works great for me. It receives every bit as good as the stock whip antenna. You really don't need a 12 volt powered antenna. All of the powered antenna's I have had any experience with only makes the static louder.

What is the answer for the CB antenna? Is there a way to hide that?
Pretty hard to hide the CB one cause it sends as well as receives. I got one of those Tune Trapper antennas also from ebay and it works real good - seems to pull in lots more stations then my whip did.
