Default Boom Audio hidden antenna

I just purchased the HD Boom Audio hidden antenna for my 2008 Street Glide since the hidden antenna that came in the bike when I got it (used) doesn't work well. Has anyone installed one of these? It appears the connection to the radio is different and I may need some sort of adapter. I plan to contact my dealer tomorrow to ask about that. There is also supposed to be a place to plug into for the power connection. I looked briefly but did not find anything. Is this only on a new bike???

I installed one on my 2014 SGS. Pretty easy to do. The antenna cable plugs into the antenna location on the back of the radio and yes, the is a power input to plug in. On the 2014 this is a very small 2 wire connector that was located in the upper left (looking at the bike from the front) and it had a terminating cap on it. Just remove the cap and plug in the connector power.

The part numbers for the 2014 are different than the 1998 - 2013 models. Is it possible they gave you the wrong one?

2014 part - 76000513
98-2013 part - 76000266

They did give me the wrong one. I got the correct one today and will install it tonight. Where do I get power for this on a 2008 FLHX?

Mine piggybacks onto the cigarette lighter terminals. May try to find another power source one of these days, but it works for now.
