Just went to install the new SE Compensator that was back ordered from Zanotti's for 3 week opened it up to find the one magnet on the stator rotor broken now bike is apart and Zanotti wont take calls till 12 I knew this was going to easy
At least you have all winter to ride!
As far as my dealings with Zanotti's - they're a stand up company and will treat you right.
Great upgrade FWIW!
On a side note: That glue holding the magnets onto the bowl has got to be some wicked stuff (except in your case). It keeps those magnets in place in the face of high heat, high vibration, high mechanical forces, and all in an oil bath. Crazy!
Hope this works out ok for you IBHarley. I just bought the last one from Zannotti's shelve yesterday and the parts guy who was really helpful told me that HD have them on back order and wont be available till end of Oct. If this is the case ring them and tell them to call me (Ray from Carnarvon, Australia) and I will gladly forfeit mine to get you going again. I havent received a postal document from USPS yet, so it may not be too late. I'm not in a hurry for mine as I was only going to do the compensator with the cam upgrade as an improvement. Go for it

That's a great offer. We need a few more men like you here in the USA.
Thanks for the kind words Jaggs, but its the least I could do/offer. IBHarley, forgot about the time difference down under. Just get them to hold it if its still there and email me instead to confirm what I said as they'll wake the missus up if they phone. I'm on night shift at the moment and can check my emails remotely as Zannotti's have it, that way your turn around should be quick. I'll just get them to put mine on back order.

at least it didn't come apart after I put it back together would have caused a lot of damage guess I should count my blessings
New rotor came in last night put it back together this morning all I can say is this should have been done 2 years ago what a difference in starting doesn't sound like its coming apart anymore
