We tried to bend my buddies upright on a his SG. The steel is too tough to be "careful" with. It just springs back. We felt to get the bent to stay we would have cracked the chrome.
I have an 11 SG with the 4 point detach also.
My wife hasn't complained at all, but I'm surprised. It looks to me like it's beyond straight up and down. Looks almost like it's leaning her forward.
