I have been looking at the pro pipe with some interest for my bike.
I finally found the part number for the quiet baffle V21903
These guys may have one http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/...1_p/v21903.htm
If the quiet baffle works as advertised , 3-5 DB reduction would be a pretty significant change in tone.
If you go with the quiet baffle , many here would probably be interested in your results.
I would be curious for sure.

V&H keeps saying they are going to release the quiet baffle, month after month. I've had one on order for some time. PhatPerf is going to get it right out to me whenever V&H gets off their ***...
I just put the Propipe Chrome on my 2011 RGU and I thought I might need the the quiet baffle but I don't find the pipe that loud except under throttle. I can hear the stereo just fine at 70-75mph.
I feel mine's just a tick too loud. Not when I'm pulling in to a fair, a bar, or a gas station.....then I'm ok with the DB level. Its when I'm crusing down the freeway for 300 miles (a few weeks ago on my Tomahawk ride).
Good luck on waiting for VH to release their crap. I waited for months for the Pro Chrome 2-1 to release for the 2010 Street Glide. When they could not seem to get it out the door after a long wait I went with the D&D Boss Fatcat with a wrapped performance baffle. I am very pleased with the outcome.
This guy will give you a money back guarantee on his product.
If you do a search on the company and product, you will find he is pretty well liked on the import boards http://www.smartpartz.com/SPZVHPRO-H1.html
I have not used the product, but intend to order a pair for my T-REX duals when I get back home.
