I know this is an old thread, but I ordered some Kuryakyn parts from CD a month ago and keep getting the email that reads: "thanks for your patience. Your order should arrive in our warehouse in 5 days" Then I get the same email stating my parts should arrive in 8 days (several weeks later). It's been past 8 days and no word. I understand that ordering things sometimes takes time and I have been patient, but a month? Yeah, they offered a slight discount on the parts, but that savings isn't worth the hassle of this long wait. I won't be ordering from them again.

Update about Panacea, part of the tail light quit lighting. I discovered this on the way to Laughlin. Stopped at the Kuryakyn booth and they gave me a new one.$180 value. I'm a happy camper.

We ordered your part from Kuryakyn the day your ordered it from us, all we can do is pass on the information we are given. We are sorry for the delay but it is out of our control, we are trying to give you updates on the latest status based on the information that we get from Kuryakyn. Thanks Dave

Wow I ordered from CD and had a issue with a plasma rod ..... I imeddiatley got a call back from a tech and she send me a new set with a self addressed pre paid envelope. I just re installed them and one of the new ones is not working.I have to check and make sure everything is connected properly. It was working initially , I said all of that to say this .... The customer service I received out weighs the minor issues with the items !!! The staff there treated me like they new me for years!! Even walked me throughout the initial install.. LOYAL CUSTOMER I AM!!!!!!!

I ordered a set of turn signals from them. One came in with a few leds out. They had me send the light to them and recieved a replacement in about two days.

Well just like I thought , I screw up the install and when I cleaned up all the wires I twisted on of the tiny ground wires and it came out. So again I say to me customer service is more important then the product sometimes. Good luck everyone ridddddddde hard long and safe!!!
