Tried to PM you to let you know we will gladly refund all your money, including all shipping costs - but it wouldn't go through. We don't want you unhappy with our products on your bike, even if the products work. Our products are designed specifically to give you peace of mind - not make you angry every time you ride - thinking you paid too much.
Also, we have had a thread on the Classified section for some time giving HDForum members an additional discount. That thread used to be at the top of the touring bike forums as a sticky, but has been removed. Even with our current retail pricing, we plan on keeping that discount for members.
Hope your questions are answered in our reply on this thread, but totally understand if you are not satisfied and don't want you keeping our products if you are unhappy for any reason.

While at my local NAPA Auto Parts store today picking up stuff for an oil & filter change on my truck, I happened to notice a rack of fasteners along one wall. Being curious, I started looking through the nuts & bolts. Now I paid $46.40 for the two sets (includes shipping) from Brukus NAPA was selling the same stuff for: 5/16 Ford blind nut .24 ea X 4 = .96 5/16x13/8 SS button head screw .60 ea X 4 = 2.40 5/16 SS lock washer .10 ea X 4 = .40 5/16 SS fender washer .15 ea X 4 = .60 Hex head allen wrench .95 ea X 1 = .95 TOTAL COST $5.21 + local sales tax These are not 'discounted prices'. I talked to the manager of the store and he tells me that if I were buying them in quainities of 100 or more, he would give me a 25% discount! Now I dont mind a fellow making a little profit on his goods, but 200% + seems a bit out of line to me!!!

No, I won't be returning the products. I bought them and will live with my mistake. I, in no way, think/infered your product is not of good quality. I guess my expectations were too high. As stated, both sets are already installed (one set is currently at Daytona Biketober Fest.

Well, please at least read our total general explanation above. And also know that the parts you received can not be the same as the parts you quoted prices for since we pay more for our parts than that and we do buy more than 100 at a time. Without actually seeing each of the parts - we don't know how to compare. But our screw, for instance, is a tamper-proof stainless steel security screw.
I guess the answer is to let us know what we can do so you don't feel like you are "living with a mistake". To our knowledge, we don't have any other customers who feel that way and we don't want you to be the first.
Friend of mine owns a little cafe, customer orders a piece of pie and then complains about the $4.00 price. Customer said he could buy the whole damn pie for $4 from the grocer across the street.
My buddy tells him, yeah you could and you could also lean your *** against their wall and eat it with your fingers.
