Just got my 2011 RKC about 2 weeks ago. With dealer installed map, it seems to be running fairly well. Not sure if I'm completely satisfied with the SEST. Too much involved to change maps compared to PCV.
Dealer talked me out of the PCV, but thinking of switching over to a PCV from Fuel Moto. Also what did you guys running a PCV do with your O2 sensors?
Yoy do not use the o2 sensors anymore as w/the PC-V you are now running a canned map. You simply put dummy plugs on them that come with the PC-V and that's that.
Love my PC-V.. Runs excellent!!
BTW there is one for sale in the classifieds, don't know if it's from Fuel Moto though..
If you buy from them, they will give you theire maps and support for the PC-V. Highly Recommended!!

Curious, did they install a SEST or just do a stage download to the ECM? Usually SEST or SEPST involve dyno tuning as well. On my bike the SE PST and dyno tune at the time of the stage II work delivered very good results. As to O2 sensors, with the later model sensors you get more benefit than the earlier versions I would question whether you want to bypass them or not?
I don't think they do basic downloads anymore on 09 and up...at least I haven't heard that. If you want a map loaded into your ECM then you need a SEPST. I have a SEPST and my dealer loaded a generic map in when I got my pipe and intake installed until I could get it dyno tuned. Which I had done last week.
It is not the fuel management device you choose but the tuner that tunes your bike.
Also using the SEPST will help if certain warranty issues arise. Also much as people quote the Mag-Moss act, are you going take MOCO to court if they deny your claim especially if you are on trip halfway across the country.
I like the SEPST so far. It had a calibration that matched my parts and it was very close (O2 integrator within 10% throughout riding range). I've since done a couple of Smarttune runs to tighten it up a little. When I go to cams later, they have calibrations to match SE cams.
I have the SEPST with a dealer map. Guess I'll just wait till I get about 1500mi and get it dynoed. Just picked up the software and was considering playing with Smart tune, but I guess I'll just leave it alone. It's running better than my Fatboy did with a PCIII.

According to a Dealer near me, they still do the DL. I had my wifes 2010 SG Trike in for the steering neck bearings loose. I talked with the Service Manager about maybe getting a V&H Pro Pipe for my RK. I asked about a tuner. He said if I didn't want to spend the money for a Tuner, he could do it with the DL.
