Really?? But then there will be an open end on the harness that comes with the module correct?

Correct, I really think it was an oversight on H-D's part since they give you a cap if you don't have the NIM installed. I left mine uncapped but you can pick up a socket and some seal pins to cap if off if you are worried about it.

I was in the exact same boat as you. I felt like a complete moron for not being able to find the other half.

I can get you the part numbers since I had to use those connectors to make this work on a 2011 CVO Ultra since H-D said it could be installed on it.

Ha ha yea I feel like an *** looking for something for an hour and it was staring me right in the face. I thought i should have tried it but the instructions were pretty clear on what needed to be done. Thanks, I have all the parts I need now all I have to figure out are all those little plugs and pins that need to be removed and inserted. That should be fun since they couldn't give me the correct instructions for one simple plug!!

Did you guys hear about the other "oversight" with this part? There are two instruction sheets. One dated 2010-06-03 and one dated 2010-08-26. The early one has two wires reversed. I have a copy of both instructions and sure enough, they made a mistake and have the wires reversed. Another guy here on the forum had a hell of a time figuring it out until he got ahold of the new instruction sheet. Makes you wonder who is writing these sheets. Just FYI.

Holy crap!! Are they kidding??? Thanks for the heads up. I'll check what version I have. If it's the old one I should be able to download the new one.
