This is really interesting . . .

I dug up the directions for my iPod interface module (iIM) and my Navigation interface module (NIM). When it comes to installing the wires into the 35 way plug, the two directions contradict each other. Luckily, I went by the NIM directions and got the wires correctly located in the plug. The directions that came with my iIM were incorrect. The updated directions that I downloaded matched the NIM directions.

FYI, I don't think any of this will affect you. I don't think you have the 35 wire plug and you will be using the 69200033 kit.

However, this might help other in the future.

Let us know when you get yours working.

Steve

hate to bring up an old post but I have had zero luck finding much about this on the internet. I have the same situation. Just the one plug with the correct wiring colors but has male connectors. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks
