I just installed the 4"er's and a PC III from Fuel Moto on the scoot. Wow!! They are MUCH louder than the V&H's that I had on there. I haven't been able to ride it yet though . Tomorrow morning....can't wait!!!

I just got Rinehart True Duals, Thundermax tuner and Arlen Ness Big Sucker breather, My 2010 Street Glide made 53 HP stock and now makes 73 Hp. I like the deep sound and the added power.
I took my Rineharts and wrapped the baffles trying to tone them down a bit. Even with earplugs, a 500 mile trip with those things throbbing back there made my ears ring and my head hurt. The wrap helped a bit though. At first I thought I was going to have to get rid of them, now I might be keep them, but I'll always keep those baffles wrapped. No sense having your pipes tire you out on the highway.

Very interesting. I've got V&H True Dual headers and now the 4 inchers and a Ness Big Sucker and now the PC III....I wonder what I will be pulling. Then again, mine is an '05 so I've got the smaller motor and the previous owner wasn't smart enough to realize the bike was running lean!! GGGGRRRRR!!
Congrats on the new found power.....I'm looking forward to seeing what I've got going!!

Oh man!! That scares me a little bit!! The V&H's sounded good, but I was finding that here in So Cal, drivers on the packed freeways weren't seeing or hearing me....so I followed my theory of "Loud Bikes Save Lives". Hhhmmmmm..........

LOL, Dont be "scared"! I've got them on my '09 with stock (no-cat) headers and they sound good..... loud but not obnoxious. Everyone has an opinion on sound. what's loud to one might not be loud enough to another. IMHO the 4"ers have a nice deep and powerful "thump" at idle, a nice "bark" on accelleration, and will "settle down" when cruising. Just right for Me :-) I get nothing but compliments on how nice they sound.
