I went over all of mine per the Service Manual and the only one's I found not be tight was the (horn bracket to cylinder heads bolts). They were quite loose.
Anyway, this is just a heads up for something you might want to look at.
These torque to 35-40ft.lbs. on my StreetGlide

So far the only loose bolts that I've found on mine where the windshield mounts on the forks and one of the muffler brackets, but I still check it all religiously.
