It looks great and the service manual makes it easy if you have the time. I removed the inner fairing to have it painted and it took awhile but like said above it is a great feeling knowing you did it yourself. Good Luck!

the kit comes with the lower legs, cowbells and axle covers. i did it over a year ago, and it made a nice improvement, however that means that i have something else to wipe the bugs off of in summer, but it sure looks great. the harley chrome is top quality but i have some stuff from other harleys, third party parts that are chrome, and the chrome is not near the quality like the harley stuff is.

i paid 165 for my uppers and lower legs and did the work myself. took me about five hours and i had no clue what i was doing. i just took my time and followed the manual. save the money and do it yourself. i could do the job now in about two hours tops, now i know what im doing.

Improve your ride while you're at it and use the Screamin Eagle fork oil. Huge improvement.

Did mine, and it's a great mod. Much, much easier to keep clean and lookin' good. I'd go black now, but times change. If you're not handy with the wrenches, it's worth droppin a couple of C notes to get it done. You'll be glad you did.
