I have been researching a product made in china, however sounds like may be a good product for a very reasonable price. Has any one out there purchased lowers from a company called Fairing Factory. I called the dealer and was given a description of this product. They are a heavy grade ABS plastic that are painted with a good quality paint,in vivid black only. THe lowers come with the vents and glove boxes, delivered to your home for 309.00 bucks. I emailed a buyer of this product who said he could not believe the quality of the lowers when he got them. Sorry for the long post but I have been looking for some lowers for some time and was not going to pay 900.00 bucks for harleys factory one for my 7 year old bike. Anyone out there with any experience with this product.
Do a search. There was a lot of discussion on these last week. A member was sold these as OEM, they were not, plus he paid quite a bit more for them. But at that price, you might like them.

for not a whole lot more money, you can get the genuine hd ones from zanottis...
i know we all want to save some money, and if these were only going to be used occasionally then i might go with the knock offs. if you are going to keep them on the bike most of the time, then i would definitely go with genuine. your choice.
the lowers include all that, except for the box door

though i am a little confused here, says contains glove box and lid, but the glove box door is sold separately. whats the diff between 'lid' and 'glove box door'?
I bought the factory vented lowers and they come with everything you need. The glove boxes come with the factory leather snap on doors (just like the Ultra does), not the optional locking doors.
