Order monday...here today (wednesday). I put off ordering this, did not want to take the "bike apart" to put in a new windshield. Took less than 5 minutes. Looks great. This is the 6 inch SUnglass grey.
I have a 10-inch clear. It was exactly what I wanted, delivery was as stated, quality was as stated, and installation was a breeze. Price was unbeatable. Great product Jim (Renoglide)

Called him Weds., windshield was on my doorstep this evening when I got home....!!!!!
Hurried up & walked the puppy ( 4 month old, pees alot lol).......grabbed a Torx⢠bit, 3 screws & 5 mins. later I was done.
Quick test ride, & just as Jim promised, it was excactly what I needed, thanks Jim.
As a side note: I kept Jim on the phone for a few minutes longer when I found out he also has a 07 SG, we talked for awhile like he nothing better to do, very friendly bro. Thanks again for the quality product Mr. J.
Ditto on the floor, I thought for a second that you parked your bike in the kitchen until I saw the garage door guides. Can you see through the 'sunglass grey' windshield easily? I appears that you can from your photo but I am looking to get a 9" due to the cold temps having hit up here in the northeast and am considering the sunglass grey over the smoke. I've currently got the 6" smoke and can see through it fine although I normally drive while looking over it, which probably won't be the case with the 9".
I ordered and put on the 10" Light smoked on my EG two weeks ago. It's nice at a decent price, but be careful cleaning it folks. It's not as tough as some other polycarbonate products I've owned. I didn't look at National Cycle this time around, but I may for the next one. The shield on my last bike was National and their material is tougher and more scratch resistant, IMHO. I suppose they need to balance the material used with the need to keep it flexible enough to install on this application. Excellent service and competetive pricing from Fast Aire, though, so I'm happy overall.
