Probably a bad disk. I just had the same problem. I burned a disk and it did the same thing you're complaining about. I redid the disk and it worked fine.
Have 09 glide
new problem of CD mode will stop & go to FM mode.
when I use controlls to change to CD i will go to AM,FM then toWB.
any ideas ?
Definitely a bad burn. Try a factory CD and I'll bet it works fine.
When you burn the CD, you might want to try a slower burn speed. Also, I've found that the cheaper CDs sometimes don't work as well as the more expensive brand name CDs.
mine doesn't work either!! oh, wait, I have a Sporty. However, bad disk will cause failure in most players. Try a re-burn with better quality disc as mentioned. Even badly scratched purchased ones will crap out. So much for indestructible media format
