does anybody have the soulotion, got roadglide put a12in windvest sheild on still gt windbuffeing passenger also ,air hit me in top of helmet. i bought some of the cvo wind gaurds that go on the crash bars. but i dont think there is to much coming from there.

To get where you want to be on that bike you're going to need a taller windshield (At least as high as the RoadGlide Ultra's) and preferably with a recurve.

Make sure you also try the wind baffle that goes on the forks. It may take many combinations of windshields and other goodies but once it is dialed in the RG is great!

I installed the HD lower fairings on my old '06 RG which helped a lot.The fork baffle did not seem to make much difference.

How tall are you and what seat are you on? From reading the windvest posts from the past year the vast majority found the 14" to be the answer. These riders seemed to be 5' 9" to 6'1". On the 09 the fairing sits about an inch lower than the 10/11 and since the back is lowered on the 10/11 the fairing appears to be even higher on the 10/11 so a 12" can work there, but the 09 needs the 14" and if you are really tall the 16".
