Still riding to and from work and on some 200 mile runs on weekends. The wife wants some heated gear for the weekend riding. Anybody have experience with both, pros and cons. Probably just do the heated vest liner for her, temps in the 40s and 50s during the day I don't mind riding to work early in the am at 25 deg, its only a 15 minute ride.
I have the tourmaster rode to Alaska with them, half price and work just fine, easy hook up no accerories required, very Happy with the set. I never read anything bad on Gerbings either, I live in Florida so just use every now and then not really needed unless I leave the state cost was the deciding factor so cost vs use = tourmaster..
Warm & Safe
I bought this brand after exhausting research. I've had it a over a year and works perfectly every time I use it.
I decided on the 65w model, it gets hot enough to be uncomfortable on the highest setting. The cost was a huge factor in my decision.
I am extremely pleased with all my Gerbings equipment. Besides, the lifetime warranty/replacement is unrivaled in the industry. So if your $200 jacket liner fails 5 years down the road, just send it to Gerbings and you'll get back the latest model free of charge.
I am in my second season with Tourmaster Synergy jacket liner and gloves. Couldn't be happier and as Master said, cost vs use here too. I got it at less than 1/2 the cost of Gerbing.
another vote for the Warm-n-safe brand. I have had a set of their glove liners for three years, and they work just as well now as they did the day I purchased them.
I have had my Gerbings coat liner for 14 years and absolutely
no issues what so ever....
I am a firm believer in their lifetime warranty, if anything should fail
at anytime all I need to do is send it back and they will take
care of me.....no questions asked.

Where did you buy your Tourmaster gear for half price of Gerbings? I have looked around, they are tracking at about the same price.
Dennis Kirk had a deal, Leather up was very close too. I will wait til summer and get the pants, this heated gear rocks, wish they had this stuff when I was in the Army.
