I started putting this system on my 2011 RoadKing. Installed shocks today and found that when fully extended the suspension hits my propipe. I don't want to wreck my exhaust. Anyone else have this problem and what's the fix?

Sure did. I asked the question and nobody else seemed to have the problem or just decided to control the issue by visual inspection. I installed the air gauge to assist and after playing with the up/down on the toggle, it shouldn't be a problem. Air pressure between 60 -70 psi while sitting on the side stand will get you where you need to start. I have a 2 to 1 Martin Brothers pipe on my bike with some high temp powder coating and felt the same way you did. As a backup, I found some heavy rubber conveyor belt material and simply wire tied to the the bottom shock eye. Here is a picture of the right lower shock. Hope it helps.

The only time its gonna hit is when your off the bike showing it to your buddies. You wont be riding with it that high. I like the belt idea. Ive just learned when to stop adding air by a visual.

Maybe make up a limiting strap?
They use them on off-road vehicles to keep suspension from dropping to far, it should work in the reverse situation.

I'm going out now to see if I can drop and move out the rear of my ProPipe. I wouldn't have to move it very far to clear. I'll let you know how it works.

I considered putting a micro limiting switch on mine but decided it wasnt worth the trouble. If it puts a tiny scratch nobody but me can see it.

Mark where the propipe hits with a sharpie, take it off and place it on a firm surface. Get your biggest ball peen hammer and whack it one good time with the ball side. Makes a nice round indention that looks like the factory put it there. Better lay it on a towel first or you might scratch the outside.

Traceman, the install looks very similar to what i was thinking. If you get a chance to post more pictures that would be awesome. I finially have the last of the items i need, just have to some time to do it.....but im not one to complain about overtime, especially during the winter months.

Mine hit my se slip ons, when my bad dad fender and bags showed up I had to space the pipes down a half inch at the rear hanger to center in the cut outs, this moved them out of hitting range. Loosin the clamp where muffler connects to head pipes, add a few washers or spacer, 1/4 in prob get job done
