Another question with headers and Auto-tune. I have a 2010 UC, I am looking at different headers (2009 stock, Fuel Moto, V&H, Fullsac, etc...)
I know the 2009 are the larger O2 sensors, so I need the Auto-tune for the 2009. I know the FM Head pipe has both sizes. What about the V&H headers? What size O2 sensors do they have. I am doing a lot of studying and trying to piece together the best package at a great price.
Thanks!!

Reason: Corrected statement about O2 sizes.
the o2 bungs on 09 models is larger, not smaller. they changed to the smaller bung in 2010. jmo, but dont forget to consider RUSH pipes. the RUSH are ceramic coated inside and out, cant get that anywhere else unless have it do after the fact and that is just going to make everything more costly. they claim you'll lose 300 degrees off your stockers, but with the cat in your 2010 head pipes i bet you see a bigger decrease!

You are correct about the 2009 bung sizes, it was late at night for me (I corrected it in the original post). Thanks for the correction.
Question about the Rush pipes. It looks as though the 2 into 2 come out the same side. Is this true? I was hoping to keep the rear symmetrical.

My bad, I had to play with their web site a little more. I like those headers and they are not too expensive. Which O2 size do they have? When I do this, I will be getting Auto-tune. The Head Pipe is for 2009-2010, which as we have covered already are two different sizes. Thanks for that in advance.
Next, how are the pipes? I like the pipes with the interchangeable tips, I may go for that.
Under their accessory section, they have "torque cone" sets. Are these a gimmick, or do you think they work? Why doesn't everyone else have them?
Hey Navy UC Rider I'm not sure what they come with but I'm sure if you call Rush they should be able to tell you. I have an 04' Roadking so I dont have 0xygen sensors. I just looked and found 800-362-1701 give it a try they have helped me out a few times.

My father-in-laws had both sets of o2 bungs. They came with plugs to plug up the ones we didn't use. He uses their mufflers as well 15301-200. Sounds great, plenty of bark, but not obnoxious. I used their slip-ons on my St. Bob and liked them a lot. Now I'm using their short full system, sounds awesome and has the same ceramic coating as the True Duals. Never actually took a reading, but based off feel, the ride got much, much cooler. No experience with the torque cones.

Thanks, I think I am going to go with their headers and the slip-ons with the changeable tips.
Which baffles are you running? I listened to their sound bites, but the computer does no justice. I am thinking about the large baffles for long trips and the smaller baffles for cruising around town.

my short system only comes with 1.50" baffles, but i wanted a little more sound, so i modified the 1.75" baffles i had in my slip-ons and run those now. since our systems are different, i dont think we can really compare them. my father-in-law on the other hand has the 2.00" baffles and loves them. the larger the baffle diameter, the louder/more agressive the sound. i personally would want more sound than my father-in-laws, but could see how the larger baffles could get to you on a long road trip. give rush a call, they have great customer service. come to think of it, ive seen a guy from rush on here before, maybe just send him a message. you definitely wont be disappointed with their set up. enjoy the ride!
ps- thanks for your past present and future service. it is very much appreciated by my family and i. hope you had a great veterans day!
