Chrome fork lowers

Ive got 2 sets of chrome lowers. A Touring and Tri-Glide set. As far as I can tell the only difference is on the Tri's the fender bolts on with a bolt and nut as opposed to the lower having a threaded hole like the touring lowers.
So which set should I use? I want to sell one set. Its problaly easier to sell the touring set. Will anyone notice that Im useing a tri vs touring fork lower?.

I dropped the bike off this afternoon.
The shop is going to install my fork lowers and laced WWWs for 3 hours labor.
Parts, labor, and tax should set me back 2 C notes.
At the last minute I broke down and bought chrome cowbells from the local dealer. Might as well.
We're still riding here, I just didnt feel like doing it myself, I dropped her off at 5pm, picking her back up tomorrow at lunch.
There is an 09 pewter RKC all chromed out at the dealer. Im having a tough time walking out without it everytime I go in.
Who knows by COB Friday I may own a Road King.
On a side note the shop doing my work has a 1970 Electra Glide for sale. Alot of people think Harleys havent changed much over the years. Go and park a new one next to a 40 year old one and try and say that.
