Default Speaker Switch problem!

My 09 speaker switch will no longer switch to headset. all three positions are sound to speakers. The icon in the display is a speaker. The radio also turns on when the bike starts. I have tried the diag. test and get the usual screen with speaker a and speaker b listed at the bottom. Can any of you guys advise me? thanks

It would be one of two things, either the speaker selector switch needs replacing or the HK radio is having an issue itself. If it is under warranty then I would suggest bringing it in to the dealer. If it is not under warranty anymore then I would try and checking the switch itself and if need be replace the inner fairing cap wire harness assembly. If that is not it then I would send the radio off to Iron Cross Audio.

Thanks Dawg, I have checked all the under fairing connectors. It is under warranty but the dealer has been begging off with too many radios out. I will get in there tomorrow, i hope.
