Default Speaker switch not working
My Ultraclassic speaker system has a failure and suddenly stops performing and I have to toggle thru the three positions on the speaker switch until it gets back again

So, two options.
Replace it
OR
Take the switch out and spray the insides with contact cleaner.
Personally, if I had to pull it apart I'd just go ahead and replace it.

I had that same problem on My 09. It turned out to be the radio itself. I was going to replace the switch, but it was 75.00 & my extended warranty deductible was only 50.00.
So I let the dealer mess with it & ended up with a rebuilt radio. Still using old switch.

77092-98 is the part # for the switch if you would like to try that 1st.

I had the same thing as Eagles350 happen it was the radio

It's is not the switch, common problem with the radio. Do a search for more threads.
