06 Streetglide running lean. 2800 miles

Check this out. I bought a 2006 SG with only 2400 miles. The heat shields have a blue spot. New air filter, PCIII and V&H true duals. I had it thrown on the Dyna for a quick eval and it was off the chart (18) was the bad number I saw. Tech said it should be around 14.6.....it runs good though. doesnt spit or backfire...So. i have been told my PC might be bad???even thought it appears to be working.

If I remove the PCIII.....can it go back on the Dyna to see if there was a change ( for the better. I hope.) with just the stock ECM...

And, two different shops said I had the correct MAP.

I'd suspect an air leak at the intake. The PC's are pretty reliable from what I've read here and if it has the correct map then I think you're getting extra air that the PC isn't aware of.
